Account Management
At the outset of a programme and as part of PeopleValue's Customer Service we provide an experienced and knowledgeable Account Manager to act as your primary point of contact and provide expert guidance and support.
PeopleValue's account management team have built extensive experience working with a wide range of clients and programmes. They are supported by a range of disciplines including IT, customer support, finance and legal, fulfilment services and an in-house creative and programme design team.
Our account managers are focused on ensuring we deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and building a strong working relationship with customers.
Specifically as well as being the primary contact into PeopleValue they can support customers in:
- Development of programme strategy, launch and ongoing management
- Delivery of a communications plan and support in its execution
- Delivery of content and creative work
- Rapid issue resolution
- Regular performance reviews and feedback
- Ongoing consultative support where required
