Terms and Conditions of monthly voucher supply
- You must place a minimum monthly order of at least £100. This can be split between two or more voucher options.
- A debit from your bank account, by standing order, will be made for the cost of the vouchers requested, according to the details given on your standing order, on or about the first of every month.
- No vouchers will be dispatched unless payment is received.
- Vouchers will be dispatched to your home address by the 8th of the month.
- The minimum subscription period is for twelve months from your first payment. The supply of vouchers will continue until you send an e-mail to csdept@peoplevalue.co.uk asking for the voucher supply to be ceased. The instruction must be received by the 20th of the month preceding the date that you wish voucher supply to cease.
- If you wish to change the amount or mix of vouchers you wish to be sent, you must inform us in e-mail to csdept@peoplevalue.co.uk stating the changes in vouchers to be supplied. If there is a change in the amount to be collected you must instruct your bank to amend your standing order. The instruction to must be received by the 20th of the month proceeding the date that you wish your voucher supply to cease.
- If you leave your employer the services will cease at the end of the month in which you leave the company. It will be your responsibility to inform your bank that you wish to cancel your standing order.
- In all cases where there is a change in the amount to be deducted from bank account it is your responsibility to instruct your bank to make the change.
- Please note that charges will show as 'EIR Benefits Limited' on your bank statement, as they administer card payments on behalf of .
- Once payment has been processed we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee voucher denomination amounts within your order.
- Lost or missing vouchers will not be replaced unless you request for the voucher to be sent Special Delivery. Please contact Customer services to obtain current cost for Special Delivery. Vouchers that are supplied via this scheme cannot be resold.
- The Voucher can only be redeemed in the retailers’ store.
- Vouchers have fraud security at point of sale.
- The retailer may apply additional terms and conditions.
