Why Dream Team 'points for rewards'?

Dream Team provides drivers and depot operational staff working in the Parcelforce Worldwide frontline with the ability to earn significant extra funds, simply by spotting new business opportunities. And 'points for rewards' enables spotters to redeem their points for a huge selection of exciting items and experiences.

What can I spend my points on?

You can spend your points on anything from a CD, to a DVD, to an iPod Nano, to a Nintendo Wii, to a plasma screen TV! There are over 10,000 rewards to choose from so you're bound to find something for you!

How do I access my 'points for rewards'?

When you submit your first qualified lead, you'll receive an email / letter (depending on your preferred method of contact) explaining how to access your 'points for rewards' online account. You'll then go to the login page and enter the username and password provided to access your points. It really is that simple!

How do I get my chosen reward?

Think of the site as a big shop. Just add your chosen reward to the basket, go to the checkout and purchase using you points. Your chosen reward will soon be sent to you for your enjoyment.

What if I don’t have enough points for the reward I want?

You can top-up your reward points with a credit / debit card. Simply add your chosen reward to the basket and you'll be told what the remaining balance is. Of course the more quality leads you submit, the more points you'll earn. So, why not add your chosen reward to your wish list and wait until you've earned enough points?

How do I submit a lead?

You can fill in a lead form and pass the details to your depot champion who'll enter the details on your behalf. Or, enter the details yourself into the online lead form at www.parcelforce.com/dreamteam. Or, pop the completed lead form in the post to the Watch & Win team.

What do the reward codes mean in my reward notification?

The prefix FTL denotes first time lead. The prefix QL indicates acceptance of any subsequent qualified lead. As a lead generates a sale and the new customer generates revenue, the reward notification code will be prefixed with REV.

*A lead is classed as qualified when we have identified that they send more than 2 parcels per week hence would benefit from opening an account with us.
