Q. How do I earn my points?
A. We appreciate your hard work and loyalty and awards are based on the length of time you have been working with Northgate.
Q. What happens if I forget my username or password?
A. There is a password reset on the log in page. Alternatively, just call the Customer Service Team on 0870 908 0088 or send an email to csdept@peoplevalue.co.uk and the team will soon get you back online.
Q. How can I see how many points I have?
A. All this information is recorded on your personal online statement, which is presented on the 'Account Summary' page.
Q. How do I redeem?
A. Choose the product you want, add it to your basket and complete your order as you would with any online shopping site.
Q. What if I try to spend too many points?
A. If you try to buy and item and your points balance is too low you can simply top up with a debit or credit card. This enables you to choose exactly what you want. When you check out you will automatically be told what balance you have left to pay on your credit or debit card.
Q. Do I need to use all my points in one transaction?
A. No, you do not need to spend all your points in one go.
Q. Can I select a reward that is not featured on the website?
A. No, we can only supply the products shown on the site. With over 10,000 fantastic products for you to choose, including High Street Vouchers, we are sure there is something for everyone.
Q. How are the rewards priced?
A. One point is equal to £0.01. Whilst we aim to always present product prices at RRP or less (plus delivery at cost), we are unable to match retail sale prices and online offers.

A. You can call the Customer Service Team on 0870 908 0088. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30 pm, except on Bank Holidays when the offices are closed.
