How do I earn Reconomy points?
You can earn points in a variety of ways. For example, exceed your targets or maintain exceptional time keeping. If you have any queries or suggestions about points awards, speak to your Personnel Officer, Donna Brand.
What can I spend my Reconomy points on?
The Reconomy Excellence Awards scheme provides you with access to over 10,000 reward options – from CDs and DVDs to exciting experience days to plasma TVs. Add a market leading range of vouchers to the mix and the choice is almost limitless.
How do I access the points redemption website?
As you are awarded Reconomy Points, you will be sent an email with your unique account login details and your award notification. You can then go to the logon page of this website, enter your Username and Password and spend your Reconomy Points. It’s really that simple.
How do I get my chosen reward?
Think of the site as an on-line shop. Just browse the products and add your chosen reward to the basket, go to the checkout and purchase using your points. Your chosen reward will soon be sent to you for your enjoyment.
What if I don't have enough points for the reward I want?
You can top up your Reconomy Points using a credit or debit card. Simply add your chosen reward to your basket and you will be told what the balance left to pay is.
What if I forget my Account ID or Password?
Don't worry if you forget your Account ID, Username or password, just call 0870 908 0088 to speak with our customer service team.
