How do I take part?

Shower Power starts on 1st July 2010 and you will need to register before you can start to earn Shower Power points. You will have received your user details and you will need these to register by following the onscreen instructions at www.twyfordshowerpower.com. When you have registered we will send you a Shower Power Launch Pack with full details of how to collect points and choose rewards with your Shower Power points.

What can I spend my Shower Power points on?

There are over 5,000 rewards to choose from with Shower Power Points and Rewards from Twyford Showering. Your Shower Power points can be spent on everything from CDs and DVDs to experience days and plasma TVs. Add a market leading range of vouchers to the mix and the choice is almost limitless! There really is something for everyone with reward for yourself and for your team.

How long does the promotion run for?

The Shower Power promotion ran from 1st July to 30th November 2010. It was previously communicated that you had until 21st December 2010 to redeem your points, this is actually not the case, you in fact have the whole of 2011 and all rewards must be claimed with your Shower Power points by 31st December 2011.

How do I access the Shower Power rewards website?

If you still need to register or if you just want to login you can go to www.twyfordshowerpower.com and follow the onscreen instructions. You will need your username and password.

What if I’ve forgotten my Username or Password?

Don’t worry, you can request a reminder from the login page or by clicking here. If you have any problems logging in you can contact us by using the contact section of the website.

How do I get my chosen reward?

Think of the site as a big shop. Just add your chosen reward to the basket, go to the checkout and purchase using you Shower Power points. Your chosen reward will soon be sent to you for your enjoyment.

What if I don’t have enough points for the reward I want?

You can “top up” your Shower Power Points using a credit or debit card. Simply add your chosen reward to your basket and you will be told what the balance left to pay is. You can then add your payment details in like you would on any other online shop and “top up” your Shower Power points to get the reward you want right now.
